Hairextensionbuy only accept Exchange or Return on Eligible Items. Therefore, when you get the item, please check it carefully before using. In this way, if the hair extension is not suitable or you don't like it, you can easily contact us for exchange or return.
How to Exchange
Only eligible items can be exchanged. When you want to exchange the hair extension, please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve it. If your problem can’t be solved without exchange, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our exchange system. You can then send the item back to the address on the original shipment. Exchange without contacting will be charged 10% handling fee.
1. Please send pictures of the hair extensions first to us when you decide to make exchange or return.
2. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference.
3. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the hair extensions.
4. The same shipping information and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified.
Expedite the Exchange Process (Cross-ship)
Need your exchange product now? Place a new order online or email [email protected] . We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase paid with PayPal. Indicate the new order number on the Exchange Request Form and when we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue a refund without restocking fees.
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Return postage is on buyer.
Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order.
How to Return

If your problem can't be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. You can then send the item back to the address on the original shipment. Return without communication will be rejected.
